TSA Screening Partnership Program
N2 holds a TSA SPP IDIQ contract to provide private-sector passenger and
baggage screening at participating airports. Our delivery model mirrors
the discipline of our Federal security work: plan, train, staff,
transition, and execute — with a focus on security effectiveness and
customer service to the traveling public.
Checkpoint operations
Passenger screening using established procedures and security technology, performed by trained, qualified officers.
Baggage screening
Checked-baggage screening and resolution consistent with TSA standard operating procedures.
Customer service
A passenger-first approach, including Passenger Support Specialist–trained staff and responsive issue resolution.
Passenger Care & Claims
Property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death from N2 screening is handled through N2 Passenger Care — including an online claim process and resolution within 60 days.
